Page entrance
The page starts at 8:00. The clock in the header counts through the team’s day, and the marketing task list fills up before the user’s eyes. Scrolling moves time forward, so the whole page is a single working day.
Projects
Taagly is our system for managing marketing projects. We designed and built it from the ground up because we needed a tool that keeps tasks, deadlines and comments in one place, for clients too.
We built the website around a single idea, a team’s working day. The clock in the header moves from 8:00 to 16:00, and the system’s features appear hour by hour. Everything is available in Polish and English.
Scope:
The page starts at 8:00. The clock in the header counts through the team’s day, and the marketing task list fills up before the user’s eyes. Scrolling moves time forward, so the whole page is a single working day.
On the features page, the system runs in the browser. You can click through it yourself or start a one-minute narrated demo in which the cursor moves through projects, tags, tasks and statistics on its own.
The features are laid out on a timeline from 9:00 to 11:30. Chat and comments, time spent on a task, completion forecast, task progress, permission levels and the Gantt chart appear hour by hour.
Tags have their own section. It shows how they narrow down the task list and recalculate the counters in projects. The panel shows global and private tags.
The sections for companies, managers and teams lead up to 16:00. The day closes with an invitation to a demo and a large logo in the footer.
On a phone, the same day is laid out in a single column, with the timeline along the left edge. The clock, panels and tags work just as they do on desktop.
