We automate work and implement AI that connects marketing with sales
We connect company systems, build AI agents and develop custom tools for businesses. We start with the single process that currently costs your team the most hours. We are marketers, so we know where time slips away on the road from campaign to sale.

What we implement
Automation, AI agents and custom tools for your company
1
Process automation
We connect the systems you already use so that data flows between them on its own. We build automations in n8n and similar tools, and add AI where something needs to be read, assessed or summarised.

2
AI agents and assistants
An AI agent carries out a task from start to finish, and a person approves the result. Before publication it checks copy and graphics against the brand book, brand tone and industry requirements, for example in pharmaceuticals. In sales it plays a client with typical objections, and after the conversation it assesses the salesperson and suggests what to improve.

3
Custom business tools
When off-the-shelf software does not fit the process, we build one that does: a task management system, a dashboard, a CRM, a calculator or a proposal page. We are co-creators of Taagly, a project management system. We code with Claude Code in your company's GitHub repository, so the code and data stay with you.

4
AI in marketing and content
We speed up the production of materials without losing the brand's character. We prepare creative variants, visualisations, voice-overs and website content. We also make sure AI search tools understand your company correctly and recommend it.

5
AI in your team’s daily work
We teach your team to work with AI on its own tasks, not on generic examples. We turn repetitive work into ready-made procedures, so everyone in the company does it equally well.

What we can do
Solutions we can implement in your company
We design every solution for a specific company and its processes. Here are a few directions to start from.
1
Proposal pages connected to your company systems
Instead of a PDF, the client gets their own password-protected proposal page with a schedule, a quote and graphics. AI assembles a draft from the brief and meeting notes, the price list and client data come from the CRM via API, and the approval goes back into the system. This is how we prepare our own proposals.
2
Pages for key accounts
Each company on your key account list gets its own version of the website or proposal, with its industry, examples and language. The salesperson sends a link that addresses this client's problems rather than everything at once.
3
Proposal videos in the salesperson's voice
We attach a short video made for a specific client to the proposal, featuring their name and its key points. The voice-over is the salesperson's cloned voice, so the recording needs no studio and no retakes.
4
Sales call training
AI plays a client with the typical objections in your industry, and the salesperson practises the conversation before the real meeting. Afterwards they get an assessment and tips on what to improve.
5
Voice of the customer for marketing
Sales calls are transcribed, and AI extracts the needs, objections and words that clients use. Once a week, marketing receives a summary that feeds into content, FAQs and ads.
6
Checking materials against brand guidelines
Before a post, ad or leaflet is published, an agent checks it against the brand book, brand tone and industry requirements, for example in pharmaceuticals. It highlights the passages to correct and explains why.
7
Responding to requests for proposals and tenders
The agent reads the request for proposals or the tender documentation and compares the requirements with the company's knowledge. It writes the first draft of the response and lists the gaps the team needs to decide on.
8
Winning back dormant clients
The agent reviews the CRM and purchase history, identifies companies that have stopped buying and prepares messages for them. The salesperson approves them before they are sent.
9
Voice guide to your website
A voice-over in the owner's or an expert's voice guides visitors through your services, and the page scrolls by itself to the section being discussed. Visitors can take over at any moment.
How we implement
We start with one process, not a big project
1
Conversation and process map
Together with your team, we look at where the most time is lost: re-entering data, reports, answering repetitive questions. We choose one process to start with and write down how the solution should work before any code is written.
2
Pilot
We implement one solution on real data. We measure how long the process takes before and after implementation.
3
Implementation and team training
We connect the solution to the company's systems and document how it works. The team learns to work with AI every day, not just to operate one tool.
4
Support and development
We make sure everything works, make improvements based on the team's feedback and add further processes.
Why us
Every implementation is backed by an understanding of marketing and sales
1
We know the process we automate
For years we have been running campaigns and supporting sales for B2B and B2C companies. We know what happens between an ad click and a signed contract.
2
We test it on ourselves
We prepare proposals, materials, reports and documents with AI every day. We suggest solutions we have tested in our own work.
3
People decide
AI prepares, the team approves. Nothing reaches a client without a person's approval.
4
Your brand's tone
We teach AI your brand's tone, rules and identity. Materials sound and look like your company, not like yet another text from a chatbot.
5
Your code and data stay with you
We build tools in your repository, and automations can run on your server. We do not tie you to our subscription.
6
We measure the effect
Before implementation we measure how long the process takes, and after implementation we measure again. If AI does not pay off in a given area, we say so plainly.
What we work with

Questions and answers
Questions about automation and AI implementation
What is the difference between automation and AI implementation?
Automation connects systems and moves data according to fixed rules, for example an enquiry from a form goes to the CRM. We add AI where something needs to be read, assessed or written, for example assessing an enquiry or preparing a draft proposal. In many processes automation alone is enough, and when it is, we say so plainly.
Where should a company start with AI implementation?
With a conversation about where your team loses the most time. We choose one process, write down how the solution should work, and implement it on real data. We add further processes once the first one is working.
How long does the first implementation take?
A pilot for one process usually takes 2-4 weeks. The time depends mainly on how many systems need to be connected.
Which systems do you connect automations to?
Among others, Pipedrive, Microsoft 365 and Teams, online shops built on WooCommerce, xSale and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta and MailerLite. When off-the-shelf software does not fit the process, we build a custom tool. The full list is above, in the section on tools.
Is our company's data safe?
We design each implementation so that data stays in your company's systems. Automations can run on your server, and we build tools in your repository. A person approves everything before it reaches a client.
Who owns the tools you build?
Your company. The code is written in your GitHub repository, so you can also develop it further with another team.
Will AI replace my team?
That is not the aim. AI takes over repetitive work: re-entering data, reports and first drafts of texts. Decisions and client contact stay with people, and the team has more time for work that requires experience.
How much does AI implementation cost?
It depends on the process and the number of systems to connect. After our conversation, we propose the pilot scope, a schedule and a quote. Before implementation we measure how long the process takes, so it is easy to judge whether it pays off.

Call or write to us
We will be happy to answer your questions. We will tell you where to start and explain how the project will run.
Within 24 hours we will call you and ask a few questions. Your answers will help us understand your main needs. The aim of this stage is to establish whether we are the right support for you.
2.
If we understand each other, the next step is an online meeting where we talk about your current situation, resources and expectations. This helps us understand which direction we should take.
3.
Based on the information gathered, we will propose a project scope and an estimated schedule, and prepare a quote. This will help you decide whether to continue working with us.
